Upon successful completion, the student will receive a provider completion e-card.

This is for those who have completed the online (Blended) course and is looking for a skills assessment to complete their training. We provide a package to include the course, skills check off and provider card. Visit our training in the blended section for more details. Students must provide a copy of their certificate showing successful completion of the online course.
